We are excited to share photos of our very own Dr. Suzanne Slonim serving as an expert panelist and fibroid doctor at the Texas Fibroid Awareness Month event in Dallas, Texas. The Fibroid Awareness Lunch and Learn, organized by The City of Dallas in partnership with The Barbara Jordan Leadership Institute, was held July 23, 2024, in the City Hall Lobby.
The City Hall event provided donation boxes for attendees to donate feminine hygiene products such as tampons, pads, and other period products.
This Fibroid Awareness Month event was one of many planned in July for attendees to learn about the effects of fibroids and how to spread awareness and assist in making a difference in our communities. Fibroid Institute Texas is honored to be one of the sponsors.
